Did you know ARROJO cosmetology offers bargain services to clients ready for gorgeous cut, color, and style?
In June, July, and August, as they approach graduation, students will be refining and perfecting their technique on the student salon floor. It means YOU can benefit from the contemporary and creative approach to hairstyling that they have watched and practiced, and are now ready to execute.
Services on the schedule include a blow dry and set, updos, deep conditioning treatments, classically shaped hair-cuts, such as bobs, long one length lines, graduation, and layering; and they’ll also be options should you wish for a modern, fashion-forward razor-cut.
Color applications are kept to the classics and include gray coverage, single process, high and low lights, retouch, and virgin hair color. Chemical services also include perms, relaxers, and re-touch relaxers.
Appointments are taken Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with one 9am sitting and/or one 1:15pm sitting.
Meanwhile, the students’ enthusiasm, talent, and creativity, overseen by the educators experience and expertise, ensures each client leaves looking great and feeling fabulous.
The price: $15+. With the level of service, with the diligence and direction our students have, we’re sure it doesn’t get better.

I got a cut from Lilly last week, and I was very impressed by the level of attention paid to every step of cutting my hair. The instructor was also very attentive, making sure that Lilly was doing the cut properly at every step. I would definitely go back again, maybe next time for color.

Lilly gave me an all over highlight today and I just love it (and my friends do as well)! She helped me select two colors and must have put in 100 foils in two hours. She was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and easy to talk to. I cannot believe she did such an amazing job and is only a student. The instructor was great too. I had a wonderful experience at Arrojo Cosmetology School. Before approaching the school I must admit that I was a little nervous because I never had a haircut and color at a school where the students were going to do my hair. But to my amazement, not only that I found this great school to be in one of the trendiest areas around but that the teacher was right there with you. Yes, this truly wonderful and super professional person who’s name is Gina was attentative like a mother hen watching over her little chicks. Sam, who is probably Samantha, was my colorist and haircutter and she knew exactly what she was doing. You can see that she was well taught and worked like a pro. As I was sitting there watching these future cosmetologists I saw that everyone was happy and loved what they were doing. I’ve been to all kinds of salons from laid back to upscale and these places didn’t come near to the service that I received at Arrojo where I got the best haircut and color!

I had a single process with foil highlights with two students of the school, Sophie & Vilma. The students are amazing and did a great job. The teachers, Gina and Rachel, were fantastic too and went out of their way to help. This was my third visit and every time I’ve had a great service from students. I will definitely be back again. I had a cut and blow-dry with Vilma and it was an excellent service and incredible value. The educator was with the stylist the whole time, which helped me feel reassured, but in any case, Vilma was very confident, professional, and the style came out great. She also helped me with some tricks and tips I can use to style my hair at home. I will definitely be back and recommend the school for anyone looking for a great cut at a great price.
I went to my very first Client Day last month and received the most gorgeous highlights and lowlights from Rachel and Kristen and could not be more pleased with how it turned out. They really took the time to go over the color scheme of my hair and added in the luscious lowlights to give my curls more depth. They then gave my hair a glaze to bring it all together and I can’t believe how wonderful it looks and how much more warmth it brings to my skin to have such great hair coloring (especially after 10 years of just getting blonde highlights - I had no idea beforehand how much it was washing me out!). I will definitely be going back next month for a touch up. Rachel and Kristen were absolutely terrific! I definitely recommend coming here.
Last night I got highlights w/ cut and blowout from Rachael and it looks FABULOUS. I will definitely go back for my touch ups and go where ever Rachael goes after graduation.
