Arianna is a specialist hair cutter with a strong background in education, and an exceptional knowledge of the curriculum.
Until she joined our team, Arianna’s career was with Vidal Sassoon and, as such, she has an outstanding technical skill set to pass on to each student. From a young apprentice, she rose through the ranks to become a Master Stylist who, aside from taking clients, trained Vidal’s own cosmetology students and apprentice stylists. And as a facilitator at Sassoon’s academy for licensed stylist education, she is also an experienced advanced education instructor.
Aside from her commitment to education, a look at Arianna’s career credits shows what a valuable asset she is to the students–and to us. She has created new looks for recording artists such as No Doubt (for Rolling Stone Magazine), styled celebrity hair for press junkets and fashion magazines, styled runway models and created art direction for fashion shows for the likes of Richard Tyler and Jeremy Scott and, highlighting the giving nature that helps her be such a wonderful educator, she gives these skills for free to the Saint Jude Children’s Hospital annual fashion show.
Just as importantly, though, Arianna is a great educator because of her patience, and drive to see her students succeed. “I love seeing my students progress from the simple skills of learning how to hold a brush and comb correctly to learning advanced techniques like a classic bob hair cut or a complicated color application. Their expressions when a light bulb goes on are my fulfillment, and proof that I’m doing the right things,” she says.
“I love working here because we are a boutique school with small class sizes. That allows educators like myself to provide one on one attention to our students. We are able to play to student’s strengths and help them to excel and grow in all areas of cosmetology”.
Arianna concludes, “I think its vital ARROJO–as we do each day–strives to raise standards in cosmetology education because the industry standards have changed in the last decade. Your education and future often start where you choose to attend cosmetology school and where you choose to continue your education once you are licensed. Hairdressers are no longer just hairdressers but artists, and innovators of fashion and style. We strive to train future leaders in the industry; leaders who have world-class knowledge of how to cut, color, and style hair, rather than just the basics of state requirement”.

Ariannna has been such a great role model for me and such an inspiration to strive for nothing but the best. She really knows how to make the classroom a fun place. Arianna is one of the most dedicated people you will ever meet, and I’m proud to have called her my teacher.
compassionate, devoted, motivational, patient… these words describe but a fraction of who i consider to be one of the best educators i have had the pleasure to study under. through her teachings i have gone from simply learning how to hold a comb correctly to combining several methods to make one cohesive, stylish haircut. i owe her so much, and can only hope to make her as proud of me as i am of her. yay arianna!!
Arianna is an incredible teacher! She is ALWAYS patient, no matter how slow we might be at learning techniques. I can’t imagine developing these valuable skills with anyone else.

I just want to start by saying that Arianna “AKA” Teach is one of the best teachers I have come across in my lifetime.. Teach or Arianna has an appetite to see us succeed ( I can feel it in how she teaches me) Arianna cares. I’m sure Im one of the biggest pains Arianna or Teach has come across but she NEVER loses her patience’s or professionalism. I am very proud to say that I would love to stride to be as persist , passionate, talented and over all well rounded as TEACH is. So, for any future Arianna students you could not be in better hand than Arianna. I’ve never been in a educational system that incapsulate not only the foundation of a craft but prepares you for reals life experiences so hands on…

I know that plenty of people have already said this, but I’ll say it again- I feel really privilaged to have such a talented, kind, and PATIENT person guiding me through this educational experience. Arianna is the type of educator that really makes every aspect of this process feel like it’s tailor-made for your benefit; she’s always coming up with creative ways to get the skills and information we’re covering to be relatable and understandable for the entire class. She has a way of teaching that goes beyond just passing along information and a skill set. She goes out of her way to make each of us feel like we’re really being focused on. When I’m frustrated or not ‘getting’ whatever it is that we’re learning, she has a special way of helping that goes beyond just showing me where I went off course- she’s teaching me that mistakes are critical to the learning process, and to not allow those mistakes to paralyze me creatively. I love, love, LOVE Arianna and am really looking forward to the rest of my time here at ARROJO; the bank of knowledge and inspiration we’re being allowed to draw from is proving to be priceless…
Arianna is certainly passionate about what she does, and that reflects directly into our learning. She is patient and dedicated to making sure that we leave that classroom–even if it’s wayyyyyy past our lunch time–that we understand the subject of study that day and that all questions are answered. I’ve never had a teacher that was so driven to give me the best education possible. I’m sure that once my 7 months are done, I’m going to regret leaving, since Arianna makes it so much fun
